1. Who We Are
Merchant Business Advance is an independent commercial finance broker. We introduce UK businesses to a wide panel of alternative commercial finance providers, merchant cash advance funders, and specialist business lenders.
2. Do You Pay Us a Fee?
No upfront broker fee: We do not charge business applicants an upfront fee for processing an initial funding enquiry, conducting eligibility assessments, or presenting lender options.
3. Lender Commission and Remuneration
When we successfully introduce your business to a lender and you enter into a completed commercial finance agreement, the lender may pay us a commission, introductory fee, or percentage remuneration.
This commission is paid directly by the lender from their operational budgets and does not inflate or increase the repayment rate quoted to your business. You have the right to request information regarding the commission we receive prior to entering into a funding contract.
4. Impartiality and Choice
We operate independently and are not contractually tied to any single lending institution. While we strive to match your business with the most suitable available facility, we do not evaluate every single commercial finance product in the entire UK market.
