2. Business Lending & Regulatory Scope
The majority of commercial business finance facilities (including merchant cash advances, commercial asset finance, and business loans above statutory thresholds to corporate entities) fall outside the scope of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) consumer credit regulation. Where regulated activities are conducted, appropriate permissions or designated principal representation will be disclosed prior to agreement completion.
